CAT 5 Data Cabling
The correct order of wires when terminating CAT 5 is:

Straight Through Cable. Same order both ends
green-white, green, orange-white, blue, blue-white, orange, brown-white, brown

Cross Over Cable (suitable for 10 / 100 & 1000 MB)
End 1 of Cable
green-white, green, orange-white, blue, blue-white, orange, brown-white, brown

End 2 of Cable
orange-white, orange, green-white, brown-white, brown, green, blue, blue-white

Factory reset on Kyocera FS-3800 printer
There is no button or menu option to do a factory reset on the Kyocera FS-3800 printer, and nothing useful in the manual.
I got this bit of info from their tech support.

Connect the printer via parallel and type the following in at the command prompt.

ECHO !R! FRPO INIT; EXIT; >LPT1
